Hundreds of thousands of Michigan natural gas customers have taken advantage of the Gas Customer Choice (GCC) Program. With gas choice, customers can choose from a variety of offers and determine a plan that is right for them.

There are many reasons that natural gas customers decide to shop for alternative gas supply. Some customers switch in order to possibly save on their monthly natural gas bills, while others value the certainty of a monthly fixed rate plan. Some customers often choose an alternative gas supplier (AGS or supplier) that will invest in renewable products on their behalf while others are looking for other pricing options or value added services.

Even if you are currently happy with your rate, why not take a moment to educate yourself to see if participating in the GCC Program would be beneficial to you. The comparison charts allow you to see multiple offers in your area, so you can compare what you are currently paying to the other offers available.
